System Administrator

The person responsible for the management a software system, including setting up users, controlling access and maintaining settings. The role of this person, or multiple people, is to be the guardian a specific piece of software, and is not necessarily in charge of all the software in an organization. For example, there can be one system administrator (often shortened to "admin") for your CRM, and another for your organizations Google products, like Gmail.
